303 Point of order Section 303(a) of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 ( 2 U.S.C. 634(a) ) is amended— by striking for a fiscal year and inserting for a biennium ; and by striking the first fiscal year and inserting each fiscal year of the biennium . Section 303(b) of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 ( 2 U.S.C. 634(b) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)(A), by striking the budget year and inserting the biennium ; and in paragraph (2), by inserting (or, if applicable under section 300(b), June 15) after May 15 . Section 303(c)(1) of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 ( 2 U.S.C. 634(c)(1) ) is amended by striking fiscal year and inserting biennium .
