Subsection
(e)of section 1051 of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 ( Public Law 115–232 ; 132 Stat. 1962) is amended by striking October 1, 2020 and inserting March 1, 2021 . Subsection
(c)of such section is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act and inserting Not later than August 1, 2019 ; by redesignating paragraph
(3)as paragraph (4); and by inserting after paragraph
(1)the following new paragraphs: Not later than each of December 1, 2019, and December 1, 2020, the Commission shall submit as described in that paragraph an interim report on the review required under subsection (b). Not later than March 1, 2021, the Commission shall submit as described in paragraph
(1)a comprehensive final report on the review required under subsection (b). .
