In the case of the authorization contained in the table in section 2301(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 (division B of Public Law 115–232 ) for Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, for the construction of a semiconductor or microelectronics lab facility, the Secretary of the Air Force may construct a 1,000 kilowatt stand-by generator. In the case of the authorization contained in the table in section 2301(b) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 (division B of Public Law 115–232 ) for Royal Air Force Lakenheath, United Kingdom, for the construction of an F-35 dormitory, the Secretary of the Air Force may construct a 5,900 square meter dormitory.
