Section 1652(k) of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 ( Public Law 115–232 ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking September 1, 2019 and inserting February 1, 2020 ; and in paragraph (2), by striking and intelligence committees and inserting committees, the congressional intelligence committees, the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate, and the Committee on Homeland Security of the House of Representatives .
