Section 1521(b) of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 ( Public Law 115–232 ; 132 Stat. 2097) is amended— in paragraph (1)— by striking for fiscal year 2019 and inserting for each of fiscal years 2019 and 2020 ; and by inserting in each such fiscal year after may be made available ; and in paragraph (4), by striking December 31, 2019 and inserting December 31, 2020 .
