Section 2008(c)(1) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1397g(c)(1) ) is amended by inserting , and $170,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2025 after 2019 . Section 2008(a)(4)(A) of such Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1397g(a)(4)(A) ) is amended by striking or a community-based organization and inserting , a community-based organization, or a hospital (as defined in section 1861(e)) . Section 2008(a)(2)(A)(i) of such Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1397g(a)(2)(A)(i) ) is amended— by inserting affordable before child care ; and by inserting transportation, basic skills and English language proficiency training, after case management, .
