Section 9106 of the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 ( Public Law 111–11 ; 123 Stat. 1304) is amended— in subsection (c)(4), by striking 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate and the Committee on Resources and inserting December 31, 2020, the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate and the Committee on Natural Resources ; and in subsection (g)(2), by striking 2010 through 2019 and inserting 2019 through 2029 .
