Section 1701(b)(19) of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 ( 34 U.S.C. 10381(b)(19) ) is amended— by inserting respond to and before address ; and by inserting , including partnerships with health care providers to create and operate mental health crisis intervention teams before the semicolon at the end.
