Section 625 of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 ( 42 U.S.C. 17204 ) is amended— in subsection (a)(2), by inserting or heat after electrical power ; and by striking subsection

(e)and inserting the following: There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2020 through 2024. .
