Sec. 109. Opposition to loans from international financial institutions that benefit the Government of Turkey

The President shall direct the United States executive director to each international financial institution to use the voice and vote of the United States to oppose any loan from the international financial institution that would benefit the Government of Turkey. In this section, the term international financial institution has the meaning given that term in section 1701(c) of the International Financial Institutions Act ( 22 U.S.C. 262r(c) ).
