The Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1001 et seq.) is amended— in section 102, as redesignated by subsection (a)(3), in paragraph (5)(B), by striking (as such term is defined in section 102) ; in section 114— in subsection (a), by striking (as defined in section 102) ; and in subsection (b)(2)(B), by striking (as defined in section 102) ; in section 133(b)— by striking paragraph (5); and by redesignating paragraphs

(5)through (8), respectively; in section 151(2), by striking , as such term in defined in section 102, ; in section 152— in subsection (a)(1)(A), by striking subsections (a)(27) and
