From the amounts appropriated for this title, the Secretary (acting through the Office of Disability Employment Policy) shall award a grant to a nonprofit entity to— provide technical assistance to employers transforming their business and program models from providing employment for individuals with disabilities under special certificates to providing competitive integrated employment to such individuals; and collect and disseminate learned practices on such transformations.
