Section 2(g) of the Lacey Act Amendments of 1981 ( 16 U.S.C. 3371(g) ) is amended— by striking means any live species and inserting the following: “means any live— species ; and by striking cougar or any hybrid of such species. and inserting the following: “cougar; hybrid of a species described in paragraph (1); or nonhuman primate. .
