Section 4524(b)(2) of the Atomic Energy Defense Act ( 50 U.S.C. 2674(b)(2) ) is amended by inserting Intelligence and after The Director of . Paragraph
(2)of section 106(b) of the National Security Act of 1947 ( 50 U.S.C. 3041(b)(2) ) is amended— in subparagraph (E), by inserting and Counterintelligence after Office of Intelligence ; by striking subparagraph (F); by redesignating subparagraphs (G), (H), and
(I)as subparagraphs (F), (G), and (H), respectively; and in subparagraph (H), as so redesignated, by realigning the margin of such subparagraph 2 ems to the left.
