Section 368 of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 ( Public Law 110–259 ; 50 U.S.C. 3051 note) is hereby repealed. Section 210D of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 124k ) is amended— by striking subsection (c); by redesignating subsections
(d)through
(i)as subsections
(c)through (h), respectively; and in subsection (c), as so redesignated— in paragraph (8), by striking ; and and inserting a period; and by striking paragraph (9). Section 8H of the Inspector General Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App.) is amended— by striking subsection (g); and by redesignating subsections
(h)and
(i)as subsections
(g)and (h), respectively.
