16 U.S.C. 6403 ) Section 204 of the Coral Reef Conservation Act of 2000 ( 16 U.S.C. 6403 ) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking this section and inserting section 213 ; in subsection (b), by adding at the end the following: For purposes of paragraph (1), block grant funds awarded to the territories of American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the United States Virgin Islands under section 207 shall qualify as the non-Federal share of project costs. ; and by striking subsections
(c)through (j).
