The Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act ( 16 U.S.C. 1801 et seq.) is amended— in section 307(1)(R), by striking section 312(b)(2) and inserting section 312(a)(2) ; and in section 312— by striking subsection (a); by redesignating subsections
(b)through
(e)as subsections
(a)through (d), respectively; in subsection (b), as redesignated by clause (ii)— in paragraph (1)(C), by striking subsection
(d)and inserting subsection
(c); and in paragraph (2), by striking subsection
(d)and inserting subsection
(c). Section 315 of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act ( 16 U.S.C. 1864 ) is repealed.
