Section 60122(b)(1) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in subparagraph (B), by striking and at the end; and by adding at the end the following: self-disclosure and correction of violations, or actions to correct a violation, prior to discovery by the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration; and .
