Section 1902(b) of title 14, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: Notice that any action relating to the policy taken by the Academy against a cadet or other Academy personnel, including an investigation, a disciplinary action, a sanction, and any other administrative action, is carried out in a manner that provides due process protections. .
