Of the aggregate amount authorized to be appropriated for fiscal years 2020 and 2021 by section 4902(2) of title 14, United States Code, as amended by section 101 of this Act, $650,000,000 is authorized to be available for the acquisition of a National Security Cutter. Any Cutter acquired using amounts available pursuant to subsection
(a)shall be in addition to the National Security Cutters approved under the existing acquisition baseline in the program of record for the National Security Cutter.
