Section 313 ( 42 U.S.C. 10413 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— by striking toll-free telephone and inserting telephonic and digital services ; by striking a hotline that provides and inserting a hotline and digital services that provide ; and by inserting before the period at the end of the second sentence the following: , and who provide information about healthy relationships for adults and youth ; in subsection (d)— in paragraph (2)— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting and digital services after hotline ; in subparagraphs
(A)and (B), by striking hotline personnel each place such term appears and inserting advocacy personnel ; in subparagraph (A), by striking are able to effectively operate any technological systems used by the hotline and inserting or digital services are able to effectively operate any technological systems used by the hotline or provide any digital services, as applicable ; in subparagraphs (D), (E), and (F), by inserting and digital services after hotline each place such term appears; in subparagraph (F), by inserting or visual after hearing ; and in subparagraph (G), by striking teen dating violence hotline and inserting youth dating violence hotline and other digital services and resources ; in paragraph (4), by inserting , digital services, after hotline ; by amending paragraph
