Section 320 of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 ( 52 U.S.C. 30122 ) is amended— by striking No person and inserting the following: No person ; and by adding at the end the following: No person shall knowingly direct, help, or assist any person in making a contribution in the name of another. .
