Section 1309(a) of the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 ( 42 U.S.C. 4016(a) ) is amended by striking September 30, 2019 and inserting September 30, 2024 . Section 1319 of the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 ( 42 U.S.C. 4026 ) is amended by striking September 30, 2019 and inserting September 30, 2024 . Section 1310 of the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 ( 42 U.S.C. 4017 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Amounts in the National Flood Insurance Reserve Fund established under section 1310A may be credited to the National Flood Insurance Fund to enter into, and renew, contracts for flood insurance under this title during any lapse in appropriations. .

Section 1310A(a)(2) of the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 ( 42 U.S.C. 4017A(a)(2) ) is amended— in subparagraph (B), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (C), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: for the purpose described in section 1310(g). .
