There is authorized to be appropriated, and there is appropriated, out of any monies in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2020 through 2023 for grants under section 1701(b)(23) of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 ( 34 U.S.C. 10381(b)(23) ) to establish peer mentoring mental health and wellness pilot programs within State, tribal, and local law enforcement agencies.
