Section 206 of the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974 ( 34 U.S.C. 11116 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (1)— by inserting the Director of the Indian Health Service, after the Secretary of Health and Human Services, ; and by striking Commissioner of Immigration and Naturalization and inserting Assistant Secretary for Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Secretary of the Interior, the Assistant Secretary for Indian Affairs ; and in paragraph (2)(A), by striking United States and inserting Federal Government ; and in subsection (c)(1)— in the first sentence, by inserting , tribal, after State ; and in the second sentence, by inserting tribal, before and local .
