Section 10 of the Indian Law Enforcement Reform Act ( 25 U.S.C. 2809 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: On conviction in any district court of the United States of an enrolled member of a federally recognized Indian tribe, the Office of the United States Attorney for the district in which the member was convicted may provide to the appropriate tribal justice official notice of the conviction and any other pertinent information otherwise permitted by law. .
