Section 202 of the Help America Vote Act of 2002 ( 52 U.S.C. 20922 ) is amended— by striking The Commission and inserting
(a); and In general .—The Commission by adding at the end the following new subsection: Subchapter I of chapter 35 of title 44, United States Code, shall not apply to the collection of information for purposes of maintaining the clearinghouse described in paragraph
(1)of subsection (a). .
