Section 301(a) of the Help America Vote Act of 2002 ( 52 U.S.C. 21081(a) ), as amended by section 104, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: All paper ballots used in an election for Federal office shall be printed in the United States on recycled paper manufactured in the United States. . The amendment made by subsection

(a)shall apply with respect to elections occurring on or after January 1, 2021.
