In this title: The term intended use plan means a plan developed by a State under section 303(c)(1). The term State means— a State; an Indian Tribe; the District of Columbia; and a territory or possession of the United States. The term State loan fund means a waste management revolving loan fund established by a State under section 303(a)(2)(B). The term Indian Tribe has the meaning given the term Indian tribe in section 4 of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act ( 25 U.S.C. 5304 ).
