Section 710 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 ( 33 U.S.C. 2264 ), and the item relating to such section in the table of contents, are repealed. Section 1001 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 ( 33 U.S.C. 579a ) is amended— in subsection (b), by striking paragraph

(2)and redesignating paragraph

(3)as paragraph (2); and by striking subsection (c). Section 1001 of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 ( 33 U.S.C. 2282c ) is amended— in subsection (d)— in paragraph (1), by striking Notwithstanding the requirements of subsection (c), the Secretary and inserting The Secretary ; by striking subsections

(a)and

(c)each place it appears and inserting subsection

(a); and by striking paragraph (4); and by striking subsection

(c)and redesignating subsections

(d)through

(g)as subsections

(c)through (f), respectively. Section 6003 of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 ( 33 U.S.C. 579c ), and the item relating to such section in the table of contents, are repealed. Section 1301 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2016 ( 33 U.S.C. 579d ), and the item relating to such section in the table of contents, are repealed. Section 1302 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2016 ( 33 U.S.C. 579c–1 ), and the item relating to such section in the table of contents, are repealed. Section 1301 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2018 ( 33 U.S.C. 579d–1 ), and the item relating to such section in the table of contents, are repealed. Section 1302 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2018 ( 33 U.S.C. 579c–2 ), and the item relating to such section in the table of contents, are repealed.
