The Moore Haven Lock and Dam, Moore Haven, Florida, authorized pursuant to the Act of July 3, 1930 (chapter 847, 46 Stat. 925; 49 Stat. 1032), shall be known and designated as the Julian Keen, Jr. Lock and Dam . Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the Lock and Dam referred to in subsection
(a)shall be deemed to be a reference to the Julian Keen, Jr. Lock and Dam .
