Sec. 150. Maintenance dredging permits

The Secretary shall, to the maximum extent practicable, prioritize the reissuance of any regional general permit for maintenance dredging that expires prior to May 1, 2021, and shall use best efforts to ensure such reissuance prior to expiration of such a regional general permit for maintenance dredging. Nothing in this section affects any obligation to comply with the requirements of any Federal law, including— the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 ( 42 U.S.C. 4321 et seq.); the Federal Water Pollution Control Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.); and the Endangered Species Act of 1973 ( 16 U.S.C. 1531 et seq.).
