Subsection
(a)of section 525 of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 ( Public Law 115–232 ) is amended— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking not later than 15 days after any of the following conditions are met: and inserting not later than 30 days after the end of each fiscal year quarter, of each covered ship (if any) that, as of the last day of such fiscal year quarter, met either condition as follows: ; and in paragraphs
