Section 2365 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsections
(a)and (d)(2), by striking Assistant Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering both places it appears and inserting Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering ; in subsections (d)(3) and (e), by striking Assistant Secretary both places it appears and inserting Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering ; and in subsection (d), by striking Assistant Secretary both places it appears and inserting Under Secretary .
