Section 492(d) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (2), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; in paragraph (3), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: the Commander of the United States Air Forces in Europe. .
