Section 2366b(a) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (3)(O), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; in paragraph (4), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: in the case of a naval vessel program, certifies compliance with the requirements of section 8669b of this title. .
