It is the sense of Congress that the President should— encourage international collaboration through the Financial Action Task Force and its global network to utilize its standards and apply means at its disposal to counter the money laundering, terrorist financing, and proliferation financing threats emanating from North Korea; and prioritize multilateral efforts to identify and block— any property owned or controlled by a North Korean official; and any significant proceeds of kleptocracy by the Government of North Korea or a North Korean official.
