Sec. 6604. Reports by United States European Command and United States Indo-Pacific Command on operation of certain conventional forces under employment or threat of employment of nuclear weapons

Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Commander of the United States European Command and the Commander of the United States Indo-Pacific Command, in consultation with the Commander of the United States Strategic Command, shall each submit to the congressional defense committees a report detailing the measures taken by the Commander to ensure the ability of conventional forces under the authority of the Commander to execute contingency plans under employment or threat of employment of nuclear weapons by the United States, an ally of the United States, or an adversary of the United States. The report required by subsection
(a)shall be submitted in classified form but shall be accompanied by an unclassified summary appropriate for release to the public.
