Section 625(c)(1) of the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018 ( Public Law 115–254 ) is amended— in subparagraph (C), by striking or after the semicolon; in subparagraph (D), by striking the period and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following: an organization representing aircraft users, aircraft owners, or aircraft pilots. . The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall take effect as if included in the enactment of the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018 ( Public Law 115–254 ).
