Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall provide to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and the House of Representatives a briefing on various mechanisms by which the Family Advocacy Programs
(FAPs)of the military departments may be used and enhanced in order to end domestic violence among members of the Armed Forces and support survivors of such violence and their dependents.
