Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Army and the Secretary of the Navy shall— jointly develop plans for sustainment of their respective RT240 Rough Terrain Container Handler
(RTCH)fleets to ensure operational capability of such fleets into the 2030s; assess available modernization capabilities to enhance joint deployment of such fleets; and provide a joint briefing to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and the House of Representatives on the readiness of such fleets.
