Section 1244(d) of the Carl Levin and Howard P. Buck McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 ( Public Law 113–291 ; 128 Stat. 3565; 22 U.S.C. 2593a note)— by striking At the time and inserting the following: At the time ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: The briefing requirement under subparagraph
