Section 1201 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 ( Public Law 112–81 ; 125 Stat. 1619), as most recently amended by the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 ( Public Law 115–232 ), is further amended— in subsection (a), by striking December 31, 2019 and inserting December 31, 2020 ; in subsection (b), by striking of fiscal years 2017 through 2019 and inserting for each of fiscal years 2017 through 2020 ; and in subsection (f), in the first sentence, by striking December 31, 2019 and inserting December 31, 2020 .
