Section 807(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 ( Public Law 115–91 ; 131 Stat. 1456; 10 U.S.C. 2302 note) is amended— by redesignating paragraphs
(5)through
(9)as paragraphs
(6)through (10), respectively; and by inserting after paragraph
(4)the following new paragraph: Development of tools for implementing supply chain risk management policies during the generation of requirements for a contract. . Subsection
(a)of such section is amended by striking Not later than and all that follows through the Secretary and inserting The Secretary . Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall revise the process established under section 807 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 ( Public Law 115–91 ; 10 U.S.C. 2302 note) to carry out the requirements of this section.
