Section 2372a(a) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in the second sentence, by striking shall be reported and all that follows through indirect costs. and inserting the following: shall be reported— independently from other allowable indirect costs; and annually by the contractor to the Director of the Defense Contract Audit Agency, who shall give access to the information to the Principal Director for Defense Pricing and Contracting. .
