Sec. 632. Report regarding management of military commissaries and exchanges

Not later than 180 days after the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report regarding management practices of military commissaries and exchanges. The report required under this section shall include a cost-benefit analysis with the goals of— reducing the costs of operating military commissaries and exchanges by $2,000,000,000 during fiscal years 2020 through 2024; and not raising costs for patrons of military commissaries and exchanges.
