Not later than September 30, 2020, the Secretary of the Navy, in coordination with the Navy Medical Department, shall— assign personnel to the Marine Recruit Training Regiment at each Marine Corps Recruit Depot who— possess sufficient medical training and equipment to evaluate sick recruits; and is capable of determining whether a recruit requires emergent care; and ensure such personnel is available after business hours in order to advise personnel regarding the course of action for managing a sick recruit.
