Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 4301 for environmental restoration, Navy, line 060, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4301, for the purchase, deployment, and operation of a closed detonation chambers of the dimensions necessary to achieve a substantial reduction in open air burning and open air detonation that will bring the practice of open air burning and open air detonation to the lowest practicable level, is hereby increased by $10,000,000.
Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 4301 for Operations and Maintenance, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4301, line 460, Office of the Secretary of Defense for Admin & SRVWIDE Activities is hereby reduced by $10,000,000.
