Section 4220(c) of the Atomic Energy Defense Act ( 50 U.S.C. 2538b(c) ) is amended— in paragraph (3), by striking capabilities required, including prototypes and inserting capabilities as required, such as through the use of prototypes ; and in paragraph (6)— by striking in consultation with the Director of National Intelligence and inserting in coordination with the Director of National Intelligence ; and by inserting if needed to meet intelligence requirements after foreign countries .
