Sec. 2801. Prohibition on use of military construction funds for construction of a wall, fence, or other physical barrier along the southern border of the United States

Military construction funds may not be obligated, expended, or otherwise used to design or carry out a project to construct, replace, or modify a wall, fence, or other physical barrier along the international border between the United States and Mexico. In this section: The term military construction funds means— amounts authorized to be appropriated for a military construction project authorized in this division or authorized in any Military Construction Authorization Act for any of fiscal years 2015 through 2019, including any amounts of such an authorization made available to the Department of Defense and transferred to another authorization by the Secretary of Defense pursuant to transfer authority available to the Secretary; and funds appropriated in any Act for a military construction project described in subparagraph (A).
The term military construction project has the meaning given that term in section 2801 of title 10, United States Code.
